Event Linens →A Local Facility, Not a National Account
Many businesses around here get their linens from a large national provider. Here's how working with a local facility compares.
| Typical National Agreement | Five Star Linens | |
|---|---|---|
| Agreement | Commonly a multi-year term that may renew automatically unless notice is given in time | None. Stay as long as the service is good. |
| Your Bill | Per-piece prices that may come with added service, fuel or loss charges | One price list, by the piece. No fuel or delivery fees. |
| Pickup | Scheduled across a large regional route network | A schedule set with you, around your hours |
| Who You Call | Often a central customer service line | The facility in Dalton |
Your free invoice review goes over your items, fees and renewal date, line by line.

Linen Service FAQ
The questions we hear most from businesses thinking about switching.
I'm under contract with another linen company. Can I still switch?
Yes, usually at renewal. As part of your free invoice review, we'll find your renewal date and notice window, then line up your first delivery so there's no gap in clean linens.
Are there fuel, delivery or service fees?
No. Pickup and delivery are part of the per-piece price, so there are no fuel, delivery or service surcharges on your bill.
Is there a minimum order?
Our minimums are low. Most businesses start with a weekly order sized to what they actually use. We'll suggest a starting quantity when you call.
What happens if linens are lost or damaged?
Every pickup and delivery is counted, so we can see where a shortage happened. We'll talk it through with you before anything shows up on an invoice. Our lost and damaged item policy is built to be customer-friendly.
Can I get extra linens for a busy weekend or an event?
Yes. Call the facility a few days ahead and we'll add the extra pieces to your next delivery. Event linens can also be booked for a single event.
How soon can service start?
We talk through what you use now, set your schedule and starting quantities, and make the first delivery. If you're under contract, we time that first delivery to the end of your current term.
